We are currently seeking an experienced Art Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, designing, and executing high-quality creative solutions that resonate with our target audience and achieve our clients’ marketing objectives.
- Lead creative ideation and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative concepts and campaign ideas for various tourism clients.
- Help oversee and execute art direction, graphic design, and UI/UX design projects, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the creative team and account managers to develop cohesive and effective marketing materials across multiple platforms.
- Help provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our creative work remains fresh and relevant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in an art direction role, preferably within a tourism marketing or advertising agency.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Preimer and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work, including ideation, graphic design, art direction, copywriting, and UI/UX design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and rationales to clients and team members.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for travel, culture, and a keen understanding of the tourism industry.
